Q: Do you have stores or just an online store?
A: We don't have any physical stores yet. We only sell online at the moment.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship to almost every country in the world.

Q: How long does it take for my product to ship?
A: It takes 2-3 business days for your product to ship.
Q: What is the estimated delivery date?
A: Depending on your location, delivery may take between 5 and 15 days. Please be assured that we will send you your tracking number as soon as the product is shipped.
Q: How do I return and replace my item?
A: We strongly believe in the quality of our products. That's why we offer a 30-day risk-free money back guarantee (excluding return shipping costs).
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, simply return it to us and we will refund or exchange your product (the decision is yours), up to 30 days, no questions asked.

Q: Where is my order confirmation?
A: The order confirmation is sent to your email address within 24 hours after payment. Please try to check your junk or trash folder as it may also be there.
Q: What happens if I want to cancel my order?
A: Most items are processed within 6-8 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please send us a message by going to the " Contact Us " page.
